These terms apply when you use this site or buy from Gameroom LLC, DBA MediaEncyclopedia.
Buying
Prices are in US dollars. Every listing is one physical copy, and an order is for exactly that copy. It is confirmed when payment completes. If a copy is listed at the wrong price or described wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund it in full. Shipping and returns are explained on the Shipping and Returns pages.
What you send us
When you send a correction, photo, question or comment, you let us use it on this site and in our catalog, and you confirm it is yours to give. We may edit it, or remove it.
Using the site
Use the site in good faith. Don't try to get around its limits, scrape it at a rate that gets in the way of other visitors, or post anything unlawful or abusive.
Cover art and trademarks
Cover art, titles and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the copy for sale. We claim no ownership of them.
The catalog
The catalog is provided as it is. A condition grade is a careful, good-faith judgement, not a warranty; our returns policy covers a copy that is materially different from its listing.
