How we grade, ship, and stand behind every copy.

Condition grading

Each copy is inspected and graded individually — disc, case, sleeve, and any inserts. Grades describe exactly what you will receive; where a copy falls short of like-new, the listing says so plainly.

Shipping

Copies are packed to protect the media and shipped once an order is confirmed. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout. Checkout is not yet live in this demo.

Returns

If a copy arrives materially different from its listed grade, it can be returned for a refund. Because every copy is unique, a return restocks that single item rather than swapping it for another.
